PATH brings together job postings from selected Manitoba employers to help users explore health-care employment opportunities. This policy explains how information is handled when you use PATH.
Some PATH features require Google sign-in. PATH uses account information, such as your email address and account identifier, to verify your identity, manage access and maintain your session. Google handles authentication; PATH does not receive your Google password.
PATH uses Google services for hosting, authentication and operation. These services may process technical information, such as browser and device details, request times and diagnostic logs.
PATH is configured to use Google Analytics to understand how its pages and features are used, including Candidate Match. Analytics may collect information about page visits, interactions, device type and approximate location. Cookies or similar technologies may support sign-in and usage measurement.
This information helps identify problems and improve PATH’s usefulness.
PATH’s vacancy inventory is based on employer job postings. Search selections help narrow the displayed opportunities; they are not an employment application or an assessment of a person’s suitability for a position.
Do not enter patient information, identification documents or confidential client information into PATH’s search fields. Apply for positions through the employer’s stated application process.
If you contact PATH by email, your message and contact information will be used to respond to your inquiry.
Information needed to operate PATH is processed through the Google services supporting the application. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.
Access to administrative information is limited to people authorized to maintain and support PATH. Personal information is not sold or used for advertising.
Account, support and operational information is retained as needed to provide access, respond to inquiries, maintain security and resolve technical problems.
You may contact the administrator to ask about personal information associated with your use of PATH or request its correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect sign-in or other features.
PATH links to employer postings and other external websites. Those websites have their own privacy policies and practices.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
